This position will primarily focus on providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Additionally, this role will also be responsible for coordinating social media and outreach initiatives for the company.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate social media and outreach initiatives for the company, including creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and inquiries.
Assist with content creation for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and new marketing opportunities.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including managing guest lists and coordinating logistics.
Maintain and update company databases and contact lists.
Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
1-2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Knowledge of marketing and social media trends preferred.
This is a part-time position, with the expectation of one day per week, but hours will increase as business needs arise.
