Responsibilities:
Requirements GatheringAnalyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
Working closely with technical teams, such as developers and system integrators, to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O to align with business processes.
Creating test scenarios, conducting system testing, and ensuring that the implemented solution functions correctly and meets the defined requirementsUser Training and SupportCreating and maintaining documentation related to business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
Collaborating with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Defining project scope, managing timelines and milestones, and communicating progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
